Regional Sales Manager – Midwest USIndustrial Blowers, Compressors & Fluid Handling We are partnering with an established manufacturer of industrial air and fluid-handling equipment to recruit a Regional Sales Manager covering the Midwest and parts of Canada. This is a technical sales position focused heavily on developing OEM business, while managing and expanding an existing customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider sales team to identify new applications, develop customer relationships and drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new OEM customers and opportunities Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers Provide technical and application support, including equipment sizing and selection Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms Develop regional sales strategies, forecasts and growth plans Manage opportunities and projects from initial application through to completion Travel throughout the Western US and Canada as required Candidate Profile 3+ years of outside sales experience within industrial equipment Experience with blowers, compressors, pneumatics, pumps, vacuum or related technologies strongly preferred Proven experience selling to OEM customers Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical applications Track record of developing new business while managing existing accounts Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsCRM experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Package Competitive base salary + bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
