About the role

The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) seeks a Staff Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support for staff across the organization. This offsite, contract role involves serving as on-call Chaplain, leading group spiritual care, and organizing staff chapels and reflection gatherings. Qualified applicants will have a Master of Divinity or equivalent with CPE units, 3+ years of pastoral experience, and fluency with Zoom/Teams. Travel to in-person events may be required.
