As a Program Therapist II, you'll be part of the founding clinical team, providing high-quality individual and group therapy while helping define clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of a collaborative treatment culture. This is an opportunity to make an impact far beyond your caseload. You'll help shape how care is delivered from the very beginning.
