Required Skills: 1+ year of experience in customer service, operations support, back-office processing, financial services support, data entry, or another detail-intensive transactional environment. Demonstrated ability to accurately complete detailed or repetitive processing work while meeting established deadlines or productivity expectations. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow documented processes and procedures. Ability to research information across multiple systems or information sources. Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications. Ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems. Ability to appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information and follow established data-security requirements. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing workloads and business priorities.
Preferred Skills: Previous back-office processing, account maintenance, or data-entry experience. Experience handling customer or business correspondence, including return-mail processing. Experience reviewing or processing formal written requests or documentation. Experience working in an environment with defined productivity, accuracy, quality, or service-level expectations. Experience with Fiserv systems.
Responsibilities: Process customer and business requests accurately and within established turnaround times. Review, update, and maintain account information and documentation using established procedures. Perform back-office data entry and account maintenance activities with a high degree of accuracy. Handle correspondence, return mail, and related processing activities. Navigate multiple systems and information sources to research requests and determine appropriate processing steps. Research and resolve routine account and service-related issues using established procedures. Maintain accurate account, transaction, and processing information. Follow established policies, procedures, data-security requirements, and applicable compliance controls. Meet defined productivity, quality, service-level, and turnaround-time expectations. Handle and dispose of physical media according to established retention and destruction procedures.
