XP Power is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer for the HVHP division to lead high‑voltage, high‑power design projects from concept through matured designs. The role blends hands‑on lab work with cross‑site collaboration and technical reviews across NPD programs. This senior individual‑contributor position requires strong HV DC design experience, mentoring skills, and the ability to present findings to stakeholders. Occasional travel may be needed.
