About the role

Coordinator, Records and Administrative Services Paramount Global Records Center is looking for a full-time, in-office Boyers, PA Coordinator, Records & Administrative Services.
Shift: Monday -Friday 7:30AM 4:00PM.
Responsibilities: Provide support for daily client questions and requests. Help with inventory searches. Create inventory reports. Manage old records. Handle client invoicing. Deliver customer service and perform data entry within Iron Mountain systems. Operate and maintain multiple digital inventory systems to maintain data accuracy and support retrieval requests. Organize and manage records for various projects that require adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Serve as liaison with records center clients and external account partners to manage the Iron Mountain account. Support process improvement efforts to increase inventory accuracy and reduce turnaround time. Maintain and update standard operating procedure documentation for records center processes. Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing and providing required documentation.
Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in records management is preferred. Ability to work individually and manage multiple tasks and projects. Knowledge of research and sourcing, with an awareness of records management, is preferred.
Additional Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is preferred. Experience with the IM Connect system is a plus. Proficiency in the Google Suite is required. Hiring Salary Range: $38,160.00 - 57,240.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
