About the role
Currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Advisor for an exciting opportunity at the Starke Agency, located in Montgomery and Auburn, AL. The ideal candidate will be well organized, motivated to succeed, and work well in a team environment. A hybrid work schedule is offered after training is completed.
Duties:
Perform day-to-day customer and policy service on accounts Develop, quote, and process additional lines of coverage for existing customers. Remarket existing Personal Lines customers as needed Maintain, review, and update Expiration Lists monthly for renewals, processing renewals and updating policy information as necessary Process endorsements for customers and maintain suspense system for follow-up Provide prompt, professional, courteous service to customers Assist other Personal Lines teammates (and claims) as necessary during vacation, illness, etc. Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills and continuing education requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma, required Previous insurance experience, preferred Active P&C license, or obtain within 90 days, required Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Experience with EPIC or insurer websites, a plus
