About the role

Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for managing daily office tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service while supporting multiple departments.
Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper Order and manage office supplies and equipment Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Perform general office duties, including copying, scanning, filing, and mailing documents
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively High level of accuracy and attention to detail Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with office equipment and standard administrative procedures
