We're looking for a driven recruitment professional ready to own the full desk: building client relationships, running search and selection end to end, and closing placements on your own book. You'll own every stage of the desk, from business development and client relationships through to candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement. Nothing gets handed off. You build the pipeline, you run the process, and you close the deal.
