Temp-to-Hire: Working Interview Required Position Overview: A distribution facility in Aurora is seeking reliable General Warehouse Associates to support daily loading, unloading, and assembly of furniture. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who work well in a team environment and can handle consistent physical activity throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload furniture using hand trucks and manual pallet jacks Assemble and set up furniture as needed Move, lift, and position products throughout the warehouse Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously throughout the day Comfortable using hand trucks and manual pallet jacks Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance
