Repossession Agent/Tow Truck Driver Paramount Recovery Service is one of the nation's top repossession companies and is rapidly expanding our operations. We offer superior training and our top performers make the highest compensation in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Fulltime Day and night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Tow vehicles as directed by management Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws Return vehicles to designated locations Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years towing experience 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes) Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
