About the role

Muckleshoot Bingo is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee operations of the MIB property, including Live Bingo, VGDs, F&B, and guest services. You will drive financial performance, team culture, and continuous improvement within the MCR/MIB governance structure. You will align enterprise strategy to property plans, report to CEO/COO and tribal leadership, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.
