About the role
Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk professional in Sunny Isles Beach, FL to warmly greet residents and guests, ensure proper registration and departure, and coordinate service requests.
The role includes inventory and key log maintenance, responding to emergencies, protecting resident privacy, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating courier deliveries while representing the property in a professional manner. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.
