Your Impact: Champion safety for yourself and teammates; immediately notify your supervisor or the safety team of any safety concern Run pre- and post-processing equipment by the book to produce high-quality glass Stage and feed raw materials to keep the line supplied Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts confidently and safely Execute periodic quality checks per established procedures Diagnose and resolve line or product quality issues Lead or participate in Kaizen events to improve flow, quality, and uptime Keep a crisp 5S work area—clean, organized, and visually controlled Handle minor maintenance tasks to prevent downtime Support job changes (changeovers) to meet production needs Model the AGC Way in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus Take on other duties or projects as assigned
What You Bring: High School diploma or GED (required)3–5+ years of factory experience Schedule 3-2-2 pattern of 12-hour shifts.
