Location: El Paso, TX
Pay: $60–$69/hr.
Per Diem: $168/day per diem | 7 days/week
Schedule:
6x10s | Monday–Saturday | 60 hrs./week Project estimated through 03/31/2027 | No rotation We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale 100 MW power-generation project supporting a data center in El Paso, TX.Schedule Monday–Saturday6x10s / 60 hours per week$168/day per diem, 7 days/week No rotation Onsite for the duration of the project
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong electrical superintendent leadership experience
- Journeyman-level electrical background
- High-voltage experience, including 25–35 kV systems
- Power-generation experience
- Large EPC and/or heavy industrial construction experience
- Electrical installation and underground utility experience
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience
- Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, productivity, safety, and quality
- Procore experienceOSHA 10 minimumNFPA 70E preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred This is a strong opportunity for an electrical leader experienced with complex industrial and power-generation construction who can drive field execution through commissioning
