About the role
The Solis Chirino Group is looking for a sharp, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization, marketing, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with transaction coordination and listing management Schedule showings, appointments, and maintain calendars Support with marketing efforts ( brochures, MLS input)Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors professionally Help prepare listing presentations and property packages Maintain CRM and client databases
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of real estate experience (assistant, coordinator, or similar)Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in tools like MLS, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Bilingual (Spanish/English)Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and team-player mentality Very experienced with complex AI systems and models
