About the role
Central Valley Meat Company is seeking a Cattle Accountant II (non-exempt) to manage inventory records, coordinate with vendors and buyers, and ensure accurate cattle costing and settlements in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
This full-time role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least two years in inventory control, and strong ERP and Excel skills. Day shift with rotating hours; strong math and communication abilities are essential for accuracy and teamwork.
