About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project performance from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of data center construction projects from kickoff to completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders. Coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications: 2+ years of Project Management experience on data center, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and client-facing relationships. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments.
