🚨 Sales Manager | Kenosha, WIWe’re partnering with a top-rated, well-established fence company. They’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop an 8–10 person sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built sales processes, developed reps, and knows how to turn a sales team into a high-performing operation.
What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop an 8–10 person sales team Own and improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching Analyze sales performance and create training plans Build strategic referral partnerships and community relationships Represent the company at home shows and events
What we’re looking for: Proven experience building and developing a sales team Someone who has created and implemented sales processes Home services experience such as HVAC, windows, remodeling, pools, or similarA hands-on leader who is comfortable coaching in the field Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working independently Someone who enjoys a non-cookie-cutter, build-it-and-improve-it environment🔥 Why this role?
