About the role

Total Energies Port Arthur refinery seeks a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner (Contractor) to serve as the primary HR interface for the assigned population. You will partner with management to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, culture, and change initiatives in a fast-paced energy environment.

Requirements include: 10–15 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employment law.
