Shipping Associate
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Duration: Approximately 2 months, with a possibility of extension

ASAPPosition Summary:
Bio Phase is seeking a Shipping Associate to support shipping and warehouse operations for a life science company in San Diego. This position will assist with preparing customer orders for shipment, receiving and organizing inventory, and maintaining an accurate and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Prepare pallets, including stacking, strapping, shrink-wrapping, and labeling Load and unload materials and assist with product transfers Receive, label, organize, and store incoming products Perform basic inventory and shipping transactions in SAPComplete inventory cycle counts and product putaways Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of warehouse experience required Experience in a regulated environment preferred Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
