About the role

Evaluating the quality of AI chatbot responses for small business use cases, the full-time Small Business AI Evaluator will create prompts, interact with multiple chatbots, and provide structured feedback while working remotely on a project-based contract. Key responsibilities Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals Assess response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations of AI chatbot interactions Required qualifications Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines Comfortable interacting with AI tools
