About the role
Dispatcher We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching service calls to field technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Proven experience in a dispatching or similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools. Receive incoming service requests and accurately log information. Assign and dispatch field technicians to service calls in a timely manner. Monitor the status of service calls and communicate updates to customers. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
