About the role
Owning the foundation of client data reporting, the full-time remote Director of Client Data Science will manage the automation of Quarterly Business Reviews, oversee recurring client reporting, and act as the analytical consultant to ensure accurate external narratives are built on solid data.
Key responsibilities
Automate and manage the end-to-end process for Client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using AI and other automation tools
Oversee the RFP data function, providing necessary analysis and benchmarks for the Sales and proposal teams
Build and maintain a standard system of client SLAs to validate commitments and evaluate new requests from clients
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree is a plus
12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI, with a focus on client-facing reporting
Experience in a similar role within a health tech company, particularly with clinical and operational reporting
Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, including source and metric modeling
Expertise in AI-native tools for automation and reporting, with a strong understanding of clinical ROI discussions
