GLO Wisconsin | Full-TimeGLO Wisconsin is looking for a confident and motivated Customer Engagement Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and business development. You'll work directly with customers on behalf of established brands, helping create positive interactions, build relationships, and support the success of our client campaigns.
What You'll Do: Engage directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. Represent client brands professionally and create positive customer experiences. Introduce customers to relevant products, services, and promotions. Build rapport, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions. Support customer acquisition and campaign goals. Work closely with your team to meet individual and team targets. Take part in ongoing coaching and professional development.
What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Desired Experience: 1+ year in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another people-facing role. Experience working toward individual or team goals. Previous experience communicating with customers or the public.
