The Role:
As an ETRM Business Analyst within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you will support power trading clients by translating complex business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will work across stakeholders and delivery teams to support system implementations, process improvements, and transformation initiatives within energy trading environments.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis to gather requirements Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals
What We’re Looking For:
