Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations in oncology and infusion outpatient ambulatory settings. Manage and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in oncology or infusion services. A valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
