About the role
This internal sales role is a results-driven, business-to-business (B2B) position focused on two key components: qualifying leads and growing existing customers. Will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new lead opportunities, building strong initial client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring long-term customer success through proactive engagement and strategic support. This position requires someone bilingual with English/Spanish. Qualifying Leads: Will conduct their role of qualifying leads by following these primary tasks: Prospecting new leads by territory, industry, or existing customer base. Initial sales work, including calls, follow-ups, and setting meeting (B2B).Developing interest with cold prospects. Organizing and enriching sales pipelines. Utilizing sales automations for wide outreach. Organizing and documenting inside a CRM.Passing qualified leads to local sales and management. Growing Existing Customers: Will conduct their role of growing existing customers by following these primary tasks: Conducting customer retention activities within their territory. Following up on recent new closes. Providing feedback to local teams working with the customers. Assisting with upsell activities with current customers. Working within a team to reach customer retention and growth targets. Expectations: Success in this position will be by performing the following: Be coachable and trainable with a positive attitude. Hit and exceed weekly sales activity targets. Qualifying leads that turn into B2B closes (new business).Helping their team hit and exceed revenue targets.
