About the role

HAVN is building a growth-first organization in Santa Monica, seeking a leader to own end-to-end growth: channel strategy, creative, funnel, lifecycle, and in-house team-building. You’ll report to the CEO and drive a move toward a $100M run-rate in 18–24 months. You’ll oversee an agency bench, while growing paid media across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Amazon, with a hands-on approach to landing pages, offers, CRO, email and SMS as core revenue lines.
