Fusion Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our growing New York City team. For more than 20 years, Fusion has combined expert hands-on physical therapy, progressive strength and performance training, and advanced technology to help patients move beyond recovery and perform at their highest level. Our patient population ranges from active New Yorkers and post-operative patients to high school, collegiate, professional, and elite athletes. We have built long-standing relationships within the NYC orthopedic and sports medicine communities and have earned the trust of athletes and patients from across the country. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and post-operative patients Provide individualized, hands-on physical therapy Develop progressive rehabilitation and performance programs Incorporate strength training and advanced technology into patient care Collaborate with physicians, trainers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and help them confidently transition from rehabilitation back to sport, training, and everyday performance Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance clinical environment Participate in continued learning, professional development, and Fusion growth initiatives Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for New York State PT licensure Strongly interested in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and performance Comfortable with hands-on/manual therapy Interested in manual-centered treatment with progressive strength and conditioning as part of rehabilitation Hardworking, coachable, accountable, and team-oriented Confident working in a fast-paced NYC environment Passionate about continuing to grow clinically Comfortable working with patients who expect a high level of care and attention Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is preferred, but we will consider an exceptional newer clinician with strong clinical rotations, a desire to learn, and the right mindset. OCS, SCS, CSCS, ATC or other sports/performance credentials are a plus, but not required.
