Pastry Star is seeking a hands-on Food Processing Engineer / Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our pastry manufacturing operations and a future plant buildout. You will lead manufacturing improvement initiatives, document processes, assist with equipment selection, and strengthen GMP, food safety, and product consistency across kettle and powder mixer operations. Cross‑functional collaboration is essential to drive safety, uptime, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
