The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a wide range of strategic initiatives, with a focus on value creation efforts, M&A, and enterprise-wide transformation. This role is key to the company's scaling process and eventual exit, and the Vice President will serve as a direct report to the CEO and a vital member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes 2-4 years' experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, followed by 2-4 years' of post-consulting operating experience in an industry setting. Experience within a multi-site business model, such as healthcare services, hospitality, retail, or restaurants, is essential. The role also requires meaningful exposure to M&A activities, including transaction-related tasks, diligence, integration, or corporate development.
