About the role

Consigli Construction is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the company’s field safety program across regional job sites. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, train crews, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. The role requires OSHA knowledge, 5+ years of construction safety leadership, and ability to travel regularly to project sites. This is a Full-Time, exempt position within the Field Operations division.
