About the role

Coral Care is a therapist-first platform giving pediatric SLPs in Massachusetts the infrastructure to run their own local practice. We handle credentialing, billing, insurance, scheduling, and matching — no fees, no minimums, ever.
The role: speech-language evaluations and treatment for kids in their homes, schools, and everyday environments, never virtually — articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and feeding. You choose your area, hours, and caseload.
Pay: $105 per evaluation, $70 per session, bi-weekly direct deposit. Why SLPs choose Coral Care: 800+ pediatric therapist network, most matched with families within 1–2 weeks, liability insurance included, free in-house CEUs.
Requirements: Master's-level SLP (CCC-SLP) with independent state licensure, NPI number (or willingness to obtain one), 1+ year of pediatric experience in the past 5 years, comfortable working independently. No CFs or assistance as we’re unable to provide the supervision needed through our care model. Apply → Clinical Interview → onboarding → seeing patients in as little as 2 weeks.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
