About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Communications to build and lead its global communications function, strengthening brand awareness, reputation, and market presence. The role owns product and corporate communications, public and media relations, internal and crisis communications, international programs, executive thought leadership, and awards strategy. The successful candidate will turn complex technical developments and customer impact into compelling stories, build relationships with journalists and emerging media, and coordinate communications around major business milestones. They will advise senior leaders, partner across business functions, and initially work hands-on while hiring and developing a high-performing team and managing external agencies. Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in public relations, product communications, or corporate communications, ideally in high-growth B2B technology. They need a record of earning meaningful media coverage, strong journalist relationships, and the ability to explain complex technical topics through clear, engaging storytelling. The role requires exceptional writing and editorial judgment, experience leading communications teams and agencies, and confidence advising executives on sensitive or high-stakes matters. Strong strategic judgment, operational discipline, and comfort building scalable processes in ambiguous environments are essential. Experience in networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, developer tools, AI, or global technology communications is an advantage. Hiring Manager TitleSVP of Marketing FunctionsMarketing

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
