This role supports the Life Science Biology franchise within Millipore Sigma. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op who is currently enrolled in college to join our team. This offer is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while working on impactful projects. The ideal candidate is someone getting a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning of some projects within the company. Perform / Assist with requalification's such as Temp Mappings and other pharma equipment. Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources. Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and contributing ideas for process improvements. Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
