As a Distribution SMB Account Manager we are seeking a dynamic individual to help fuel the growth of our fast paced channel organization. He/She will help deliver business results and be an important driver of growth for one of our key strategic distributors Responsibilities include: Training and education of distribution sellers and Value Added Reseller Partners Develop and nuture relationships at all levels of the distributor organization Focus on our small and medium sized partner community by helping to creating new revenue streams, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction. Travel is required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years proven track record in a strategic selling and account management Fully understand channel sales and distribution as well as partner programs and incentives. The Account Manager will also need to be able to work in a matrixed environment through collaboration with multiple business units within Lenovo to help deliver on results and business commitments. Leadership and the ability to manage multiple programs and partner engagements concurrently Channel sales experience and a strong business acumen is a must Preferred Qualifications The desired candidate must be highly motivated and a self-starter Strong interpersonal and communications skills Demonstrated team building Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
