Location: Miami s Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, government e tc. They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents to join them on a permanent basis. The right candid ate M UST have commercial experie nce! Our client are a large GC with focus on ground up and interior projects - due to big growth they adding the best to their t eam! This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bo ilitiesManage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field per sonnel.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project M anager.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workm anship.Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety po licies.Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily work acti vities.Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop dr awings.Identify and resolve field issues proac tively.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documen tation.Ensure all inspections are completed and projects are delivered to client expect ations. Qualif ications5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a General Con tractor.Experience managing ground-up commercial construction p rojects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and seq uencing.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifi cations.Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership and communication skills.OSHA 30 certification pr eferred.Stable work history with a commitment to delivering quality p #J-18808-Ljbffr
