About the Role: The Company is seeking a Global VP Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and shaping the global marketing strategy, with a focus on sharpening the company's positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthening its brand and category leadership, and building a high-performing marketing engine. This role goes beyond demand generation; it involves translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams to enhance the go-to-market strategy, particularly in North America. The VP Marketing will be expected to lead strategic projects, including potential rebranding and repositioning, and to transform the demand generation team to a more proactive, demand-creation approach. Applicants for the Global VP Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in HR tech, future of work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms. The role demands a master of at least three marketing functions, such as product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand, and the candidate should possess outstanding communication skills and a servant leadership style. Experience in rebranding and renaming is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a high-growth environment, capable of leading a large team and driving the company's marketing efforts to new heights. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
