About the role

Fiscal Associate IIThis position will support complex auditing and accounting functions to ensure appropriate operating funds for Division of Transportation Solutions (DOTS) - Traffic section projects. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, retrieving fiscal data, compiling reports for Traffic operating, and processing transactions in First State Financial (FSF) system in compliance with state and federal laws, procedures and regulations. The position is responsible for paying and tracking invoices for large amounts of electricity accounts.
