About the role

Moderna is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead integrated antibody discovery and engineering within the Antibody Discovery team of Therapeutics Research. The role drives concept development through lead nomination, involving design, screening, and optimization across oncology and autoimmune programs. You will guide immunization strategies, B cell discovery, and data-driven candidate selection, while mentoring staff and coordinating with CRO partners on complex discovery campaigns.
