Maintenance I (6:00am-2:00pm)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Perform basic maintenance applications Perform basic mechanical applications Perform basic plumbing applications Experience in floor maintenance including VCT floors and other janitorial duties Other duties as assigned Additional Duties And Responsibilities: Must fill in for other maintenance staff as needed Must be able to work flexible, rotating schedule Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Qualification Requirements: Ability to work both independently and with groups in a productive and consistent manner Attention to detail Ability to utilize tools required for basic maintenance procedures Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to work at elevated heights Good work ethic Reliability and flexibility Good communication skills Must obtain Equipment Certification through company training Education And Experience: At least a High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
