About the role

JOB FUNCTION: As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will play a pivotal role in the timely and accurate fulfillment of retail store orders. Your expertise in locating, selecting, and preparing products for shipment is essential in helping us maintain an efficient warehouse operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate motorized pallet jack and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently in the process of order fulfillmentPick cases (up to 50 pounds) from warehouse locations as indicated on an order sheet or from a headset; arrange items on a pallet and stage the pallet for loading or place items on a conveyor beltMaintain a level of work productivity as established by warehouse managementKeep work area clear of debris, spills, or unsanitary conditions to promote a safe environmentOther duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be willing to work evening shifts; 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, 4:30 pm to 1:30 am, and 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Must be at least 18 years old or older Ability to read and interpret order sheet Able to hear an order from a headset Ability to speak and read English High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities Basic math skills are required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to climb stairs, bend, kneel, twist, reach, and pull frequentlyMust be able to lift items more than 50 lbs. occasionally, 25 lbs. frequently, and 10 - 20 lbs. continuously
