Administrative SupportProvides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSchedule meetings and subcontractor site visitsAttend Service Order meetings and prepare minutes to distribute as requiredProcess base access requests for subcontractorsCreate Service Order documentation to include updating OMEE sheet and maintaining fund tracking sheetSetup new vendors and contractors as neededSchedule system outages and coordinate outages with appropriate partiesProcess subcontractor payments and manage invoicesPrepare and provide required reports via various software systems and MS Office suiteServe as liaison with government contacts as well as for Facilities Maintenance Department (FMD) revisionsOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Experience and Skill RequirementsAt least two (2) years' prior office administrative experienceExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS ProjectStrong organizational skillsExperience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printersPhysical, Environmental and Sensory RequirementsWork environment is a typical office settingPhysical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and liftingLimited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeableThis job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change.We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
