About the role
Sales Development Rep — New Construction | Commission Only KWEV | New Jersey, Pennsylvania & the Mid-AtlanticKWEV is leading the charge on EV infrastructure — literally. We're an end-to-end provider, handling installation, ownership, operations, and maintenance all under one roof, so developers and property owners get a single, seamless partner instead of juggling contractors, vendors, and compliance headaches. Backed by our own cloud platform (KWEVCloud) and maintenance program (KWEVPlus), we've already got 1,000+ units live and we're growing fast across the Mid-Atlantic. New construction is running into EV charging mandates that weren't part of the original plan. We solve that — at zero cost to the developer or owner. No capex, no operational lift, just a long-term ground lease and revenue share. For properties that already have to put chargers in, we make it the easiest decision they make all year. We're looking for an outside sales rep who knows the new construction world — developers, GCs, property groups — and can walk into that conversation and make it an easy yes. What you're doing: Prospecting and closing new construction and multifamily/commercial deals across our footprint, building relationships with developers and property owners, and turning a compliance requirement into a no-brainer amenity.
What we're looking for:
Proven outside sales experience, ideally with new construction, real estate, or a related B2B space Existing relationships with developers, GCs, or property management groups a plus Self-starter who can run a full sales cycle independently Comfortable with a commission-only structure and uncapped upside
Compensation:
100% commission — uncapped, with deal sizes that reward relationship-builders who close. Interested? Reach out to learn more about the territory and the pipeline already in motion.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
