Warehouse AssociateDuties & Responsibilities for Warehouse AssociateMaintain inventory by utilizing mobile scanners & computer ERP databaseAbility to make accurate stock moves/transfers in company ERP databasePrint bar codes using scanners and other equipment as neededPerforms receiving & shipping functions by following established proceduresComplete all receiving & shipping paperwork accuratelyPerform material handler duties as needed; retrieve & deliver materials to production line; pull cabinets for production line, remove items from production linesLoad and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipmentCheck product ordersCheck incoming materials for freight damage; initiate freight claims process if necessaryOrganize and stock materials in receiving warehouse once bar-codedRemove finished heat pumps from end of production line and put in racks in finished goods warehousePrepare and assemble shipments; packages, labels, and stages materials following established procedures including international shipments and ordersPerform quotes and schedules shipments for freight carriersEnsure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courierEnertech Global, LLC.
