About the role

National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead and steward the Foundation’s multi-year research agenda, and to convene researchers, clinicians, practitioners, and funders. The role partners with League leadership while preserving scientific independence and ethical integrity. The Executive Director will lead governance structures, ensure actionable translation of research, and oversee fundraising to sustain impact in women’s athletic health and longevity.
