Administrative Assistant Under the direction of an assigned Manager, perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities, coordinate the flow of communications, and maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information. Passing a Stanislaus County Office of Education Administrative Assistant Exam IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL APPLICANTS: You may include an attachment with additional work history. USE SAME FORMAT as the WORK HISTORY SECTION of APPLICATION. CLERICAL TESTING: Substitute Clerical requires a SCOE Administrative II Exam Certificate. If you have a SCOE Administrative Assistant I, II, III, IV or Executive Assistant Certificate be sure to attach a copy to your application. If you do not have a certificate, you may receive an invitation to test. Only Qualified applicants will receive an email invitation to attend a Test. Comments and Other Information ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant(s) prior to employment: Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance. Must be at least be 18 years of age.
