About the role

Innosight seeks a Senior Associate to join its Strategy & Operations team. You will independently own multiple project workstreams, structure complex problems, and translate analyses into actionable executive-ready recommendations. You will develop high-quality client deliverables and lead workshops, while mentoring junior teammates and contributing to business development. Travel is required up to 80% and candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous 48 states near a major airport.
