Your day will include welcoming guests with a warm smile, completing efficient check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, assisting with reservations, and providing information about local attractions throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. You'll anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, process payments accurately, and help promote hotel amenities, packages, and services. THE QUALITIES THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUTWe're searching for a full-time Front Desk Attendant who is positive, professional, organized, and genuinely passionate about customer service. We are also looking for the following requirements: Experience in guest services High school diploma or GEDStrong communication, customer service, and time management skills A team player Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet Manual dexterity and coordination Ability to stand for extended periods and also bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and grip Ability to push and pull up up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
